Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in my 30 years of breathing on this planet! I had the sour chicken curry dish and the pork belly appetizer and oh man. The curry dish had a medley of flavour and texture that just worked so well together and I had to slow down to savour the simple complexity of the dish. Now, just note, I don’t like pork, but this pork belly changed my mind, it was tender and flavourful. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Osaka! 10/10
